Our Warranty Policy – Jewellery & Leather goods by Isabel Bernard

 

At Isabel Bernard, we stand for high-quality products. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your article, make use of your warranty.

At Isabel Benard we use the following warranty terms:

  • 2 years on our 14 carat gold jewellery.
  • 1 year on our bags.
  • 1 year on our wallets.
  • 1 year on our shoes.
  • 1 year on our sunglasses.
  • 3 months on our accessories.

 

However, the warranty does not apply to:

  • Breakage.
  • Damage due to improper use of the buyer.
  • Damage due to a modification or repair by a third party.
  • Damage from water and / or fire.
  • Damage from normal wear and tear, such as scratches.
  • Discoloration due to high acidity of the skin.
  • Discoloration from the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray.
  • Discoloration due to cleaning with chemical means.
  • Loss of item.
  • Loss of back of earrings.
  • Loss of stones.
  • Isabel Bernard does not offer engraving services herself, but you may choose to have your jewellery engraved at a local jeweller at your own risk — please note that the warranty will be void if the engraving causes any damage.
